Upcoming Events Art and Soul in Delhi – August 2 and 3, 2008 is a juried show. For info and fees, you can go online to their website. We will not be able to do this as a group. The deadline is only a few weeks away. There is a call for artists for Art in the Park – Saratoga County Arts Council. It is July 12 and again on August 19, both held in Historic Congress Park. Deadline is June 20th. If you are interested, call Susan Priest at 607-746-3220 and arrange to pick up a registration form. Kathy Moore (607-865-4734) is looking for volunteers to help out at the Delaware County Fair (August 11-16, 2008) in the Art Building. The Fair would also love to see more of us entering the Art Show. It’s great fun…don’t miss it! A Watercolor Workshop with Jeanette Koji and a Watercolor Pencil Workshop with Susan Priest is still in the planning stages. Keep watching for more details. Are you working on an entry for our group theme show, “Alone?” It will be held in December 2008 at Fox Care in Oneonta. Everyone is invited to participate. E-Mail Newsletters We are still hoping that more of you will agree to have the newsletter e-mailed to you. Please call Kathy Moore, our Secretary (607-865-4734) and let her know that you are willing to do this. Saves so much on postage! Thanks! Dues Please remember to send in your dues when you receive a notice from Ann Law, our Treasurer. It’s really helpful if she doesn’t have to send out second notices. Thanks! Children’s Art Program The Children’s Art Show at the Delhi Village Hall was a HUGE success. Hope you all had a chance to see it. Plans are in the works for another one next year.
